How Returns Work — 3 Simple Steps
Step 1 — Contact Us First (Before Opening)
Agar parcel aaya aur koi masla lagé — galat size, damage, ya kuch aur — toh pehle humein call ya WhatsApp karein parcel kholne se pehle bhi.
Our team will review your issue and give you the go-ahead to open the parcel if needed, or guide you on the next step.

Step 2 — We Approve the Return
Once you contact us, our team will:
- Review your request
- Confirm the issue (wrong size, defect, etc.)
- Approve the return or exchange
- Arrange pickup or guide you on how to send it back
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 3 — Exchange or Refund
- Exchange: We send the correct size or replacement product at no extra cost
- Refund: Full refund issued via EasyPaisa or bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned product
Return Conditions
Your return/exchange request will be accepted if:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- You received prior approval from our team before returning
We Cannot Accept Returns For
- Products that have been installed or used
- Products returned without prior call/WhatsApp approval
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g. incorrect installation)
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
Wrong Size? We'll Fix It.
Size selection is the most common issue with AC and tank covers. If you ordered the wrong size, don't worry — just call us and we'll arrange an exchange. That's it.
AC Cover sizes available: 1 Ton / 1.5 Ton / 2 Ton
Tank Cover sizes available: 500L / 750L / 1000L / 1500L
