1. About Samt
Samt sells fabric covers for split AC indoor units and rooftop water tanks (pani ki tanki). We operate exclusively in Pakistan and accept Cash on Delivery orders only.
2. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed by:

- Submitting the order form on our website
An order is confirmed only after our team calls or messages you to verify the details. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to confirm delivery details or if the item is out of stock.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order confirmation is final.
4. Payment
All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery. We do not accept advance payments, online transfers, or card payments through the website.
5. Delivery
We offer free delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 working days depending on your location. Delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays are outside our control. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days for defective or incorrectly delivered items. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Product Sizing
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct size before ordering. We strongly recommend WhatsApp-ing us with your AC unit model or tank dimensions so we can advise the right fit. Samt is not liable for size mismatches where the customer did not verify before purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, copy, and branding — is the property of Samt. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Samt's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
