1. Free Delivery Nationwide
Samt offers free delivery across Pakistan — no minimum order, no hidden charges. You only pay for the product, and you pay when it arrives at your door (Cash on Delivery).
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
All orders are processed as Cash on Delivery. You do not pay anything online or in advance. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
3. Order Confirmation
Before we dispatch your order, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm:
- Your delivery address
- Product type and size
- Preferred delivery time (if applicable)
If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, the order may be put on hold. Please keep your phone reachable after placing an order.

The courier is selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel.

7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails because:
- You were unavailable at the address
- The address provided was incomplete or incorrect
- You refused the order without a valid reason
The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. In case of a returned order, we will contact you to reschedule. Reshipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it — or take photos immediately and WhatsApp us within 24 hours. We will arrange a free replacement.
