At Samt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we will make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item or size was delivered
  • The product does not match what was described

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Orders where the wrong size was selected by the customer (please confirm size via WhatsApp before ordering)

3. How to Request a Return

Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 330 4076267 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please send us:

  • Your name and phone number
  • A photo or short video showing the issue
  • Your order details (product, size, city)

We will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

4. Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on your location. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss.

5. Refunds

Since all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed as follows:

  • If the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange a full refund or free replacement
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 working days of return confirmation
  • We do not refund delivery charges unless the error was ours

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrived damaged due to courier handling, WhatsApp us immediately with photos. We will file a complaint with the courier and send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Size Guidance

To avoid incorrect size issues, we strongly recommend confirming your size via WhatsApp before placing your order. Our team will help you measure and choose the right fit for your AC unit or water tank.
